CCEP Bulgaria has a long-term vision for development within Finance being such Shared Services Center. In addition we will continue to develop and look for bright new joiners in Robotics, Procurement and Finance Planning and Performance Management Centres of Expertise, a Data & Insights Services, People & Culture, Business Process and Technology.

Apart of experienced professionals, we’re interested in graduate candidates with a strong desire to learn and build themselves as professionals. This is important because we invest time and effort in our people’s learning and development. Most of our leadership roles go to employees who are willing to move around and across the business.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP)  is looking for its 2024 cohort of interns to join our  teams located in Sofia and Varna, Bulgaria. More details and possibility to apply on the link :

The Program

  • This is a 9-month program, designated to take place during 2024 (expected between Feb-Nov) and would adapt to the company’s ways of working at that point of time;
  • Allows flexibility to the interns as they would be able to choose between full and part-time scheme;
  • Interns will be assigned to one of the Service Lines presented in Bulgaria (see above) and would have the opportunity to deep dive into the respective area based on 2 or 3 rotations between the teams working for the given service line;
  • Provides personal mentoring and support for the whole program duration, as well as multiple networking opportunities.


  • Currently undergraduate in their second, third or fourth year of degree level education. Focus on either Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems is considered advantage.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of one of the following languages is considered an advantage –  French, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, German, and Spanish;
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is considered advantage;
  • Excellent communication & teamwork skills.

In 2023 we hired more than 50 graduates and major part of them will stay in the company. Kalina Cholakova was one of the success stories and will change her intern role to Jr. Analyst in the structure of Data Insight Services team. Read below her advise to future graduates :

‘To future candidates, who are still looking for their place in the corporate world, I would recommend being prepared with questions. An interview is a two-way process and as much as the company has to like the candidate, the candidate has to also like the company. That’s why it’s good to know what your priorities are and what you want and expect from a future working environment and to ask for it’.
